ಕಲಬುರಗಿ: ಪರಕೀಯ ಭಾಷೆ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಅನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಷೀಕರಿಗೂ ಕೆಲವೇ ತಿಂಗಳಗಳ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಕರಣಕ್ಕಿಂತ, ವ್ಯವಹರಣ, ಪ್ರೌಢಿಮೆಗಿಂತ ಸಮೂಹನ, ಪರಿಶುದ್ದಿಗಿಂತ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ೮೫ನೇ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಚ್.ಎಸ್.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗ ವಿವಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿರುವ ೮೫ನೇ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸರ್ವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ವಿಶ್ವದ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕೃತಿಗಳು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಗೆ ತರ್ಜುಮೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಶ್ವದ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸರಕಾರ ತ್ರಿಭಾಷಾ ಸೂತ್ರ ಮಾನ್ಯಮಾಡುವುದಾದರೇ ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳಿಗೂ ಅದು ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ ಅನ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮೂರು ಭಾಷೆ, ಉತ್ತರದ ಬಹುಪಾಲು ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಭಾಷೆಯಂತಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಒಂದು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಉದ್ದಮವಲ್ಲ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಅಖಂಡತ್ವವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಾಗಬೇಕು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಅನ್ನದ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ರೂಢಿಸುವುದೆಂದರೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಸಿಂಹಪಾಲು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವುದು ಬಹು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಅನ್ನ ಸಂಪಾದನೆಯೂ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ದುಡಿಮೆಯ ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಗವಲ್ಲದೇ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರಿಣಿತಯ ಫಲವಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಾವು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಲೇಖಕರು, ಪ್ರಕಾಶಕರು, ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ದೇಗುಲದ ಮೂರು ಆಧಾರ ಸ್ತಂಬಗಳು. ಒಂದು ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಈ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಧರ್ಮಿಯರೂ, ಪಂಥೀಯರೂ, ಪಕ್ಷೀಯರೂ ಒಂದಾಗವರು. ಅಂದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ತೇರು ನಾಡಿನಾದ್ಯಂತ ಮನೆ-ಮನಕ್ಕೂ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
